Skill2Success Private Limited specializes in providing a range of products, services, and training programs, including but not limited to AI, Robotics, Coding, Math, Technopreneurship, and Communication Skills. We cater to individuals of all age groups, including kids, teens, youth, and adults.

• All participants under the age of 18 must have written consent from their parent or legal guardian to enroll in our programs. • During training sessions and classes, parents or guardians are not present. It is understood that participants will engage independently under the supervision of the Company's trainers. • Participants are responsible for adhering to the rules and guidelines provided during the course sessions.

• All fees are non-refundable. Once payment is made, no refunds or cancellations will be entertained. • Skill2Success will compensate makeup classes according to its own convenience under suitable circumstances. • Fees may be adjusted in other courses or training programs if requested within the first two sessions of the new course.

• All prices, products, and offers are subject to change without notice. • While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, errors in pricing may occur due to human error, technical issues, or other unforeseen reasons. • Prices for group training in classrooms, boot camps, or virtual sessions etc. will differ from personalized or one-on-one training programs.

• Skill2Success may cancel or reschedule a class due to trainer availability or unavoidable circumstances. Participants will be notified promptly in such cases. • If a participant wishes to reschedule or cancel a class for one-to-one sessions, they must provide prior notice via email to their enrollment advisor at least 10 days before the scheduled training date. • Adjustments, such as rescheduling training dates or switching trainers, will be made at the sole discretion of the Company. Course fees include training fees and course materials only.

By enrolling in our programs, participants, including children under 18, and their parents or guardians consent to the use of their pictures and videos, as well as those of their parents or guardians taken during events, activities, ceremonies, or other Company programs, for promotional, marketing, and other suitable purposes to promote the Company.

Our kits, including LEGO, DIY, and Robotics components, and our training sessions are designed to be safe under proper supervision. However, participants and their parents or guardians acknowledge and accept the following: • Certain components or activities may pose potential risks, particularly for children under the age of 10. • The Company will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents arising from improper use or unsupervised handling of the Products or participation in training sessions. • Any damage, breakage, or loss of components caused by participants is solely their responsibility or that of their parents or guardians. Replacement parts may be purchased at additional cost. • The Company takes all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment during training sessions, but participants and their parents or guardians understand that unforeseen incidents may occur and agree not to hold the Company liable.

• Participants must follow all instructions provided by the Company's trainers and staff. • Misconduct, including but not limited to disruption of classes, inappropriate behavior, or damage to property, may result in removal from the program without any refund.

All course materials, designs, and content provided by Skill2Success are proprietary and protected by copyright laws. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use the materials outside of the program without prior written consent.

While the Company takes every precaution to ensure a safe learning environment, we are not responsible for: • Accidents or injuries occurring during the course sessions or training. • Loss of personal belongings during class sessions. • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs or usage of our Products.

By enrolling in our programs or purchasing our Products, participants and their parents or guardians agree: • To supervise the use of DIY kits and other materials for minors. • To release Skill2Success from any liability in case of accidents, injuries, or damage caused during the use of our Products or participation in training sessions. • To understand the potential risks associated with the Products and training activities. • That any damages will be borne by the participant or their parent or guardian.

The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to provide services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, technical failures, governmental actions, pandemics, or any other unforeseen circumstances that hinder the Company's ability to fulfill its obligations. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel programs and services as necessary. Compensation, if any, will be at the sole discretion of the Company.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled participants and will take effect immediately unless stated otherwise.
